AJH collects and stores so-called log files data, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:

Your application data will be saved up to 6 months after the desired training or job has been awarded. Immediately after awarding the training or employment, the data of the candidates who have not been awarded will be blocked for any use other than the clarification of applicants' claims. An additional storage and use shall only be made to the extent that you have given us your express consent to the further retention of your applicant data or in the case of a legitimate interest of AJH, e.g. in case of evidence in a legal proceeding. If an employment contract is concluded with an applicant, the data will be stored and processed for the purpose of carrying out and executing the employment relationship and thus for contractual purposes.

8. Storage duration and deletion of data
The data stored in our server log files, which your browser transmits to us, will be deleted at regular intervals. If data is required as evidence, it will be kept for the duration of the statutory limitation period or until the end of the corresponding procedure. The period of limitation can be up to 30 years, with the regular limitation period ending after 3 years.
